The Station Agent

A dwarf (Peter Dinklage) and an artist (Patricia Clarkson) are each trying to live solitary lives, but they don't stand a chance when a neighbor (Bobby Cannavale), who is like a puppy dog when it comes to friendliness, sets up a food stand in their midst.

One of my favorite lines comes from a young school-girl who just asks an innocent question.  Gosh, I was so touched by this film.

    i got my movie night...oh yeh, thanks to Just the Facts Mam I got my oh so overdue movie night..... (AND the most delicious shortbreads! Did you write those up yet, bloguera? I need to send my mom some of those. She's a shortbreader from way back and these are the butteriest...)

    So movie night was Station Agent, and I loved it, Georgiann. Loved. It. Brilliant recommendation, thank you. Moved straight to my favorite list.
